Our food truck features an authentic, wood burning, Valoriani oven imported from Italy.  Since 1941, the Valoriani family has been designing and constructing commercial and modular pizza ovens.  Their ovens are world renowned for outstanding quality and craftsmanship and can be recognized by the characteristic “V” on the oven hearth.  The oven’s design allows for even distribution of heat and can reach an internal temperature of 900 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing a 12” pizza to be cooked in 60-90 seconds!
